FORD - The worst car ever.

I bought a second-hand Ford Kuga (155 000 km) in January 2019. Soon after, it displayed a service message, so I serviced the car at Ford Lazuras Centurion (165000km). In late January 2020, the car overheated and stopped on the side of the road. I took it immediately to Ford Lazuras Centurion. After 2.5 weeks they said that thermostat housing is faulty and cost in the region R6500 plus labour, but if I produce the last two service invoices Ford SA may approve a warranty claim. All good, but I realized that I did not know where the 150 000 km service was down. So, I started phoning all dealerships around Kempton Park and Johannesburg in general. Eventually, I found all services until 120 000 km were done at Imperial Ford Kempton Park. So, I decided to give Ford SA a call, and in very polite way they told me that can not help me at all. This is all my problem and I must pay. (customer call ***). In conclusion I say this: It is my fault that I bought a Ford. It is my fault that they overheat and catch fire. It is my fault that Ford dealerships are not connected. (BMW, Mercedes, and many others have been integrated for decades) It is my fault that when you buy a second-hand Ford, and you cannot reach previous owner and find out the vehicle history.

You people at Ford and dealerships suck. I would like to make sure no one in my family, extended family, suburb is ever going buy this **** and get ********** like me.
