Ford the Glen promised call back

<p>I have made a call to Ford the Glen for an urgent attendance as my car is giving me a problem and cannot use it currently. I phoned yesterday to book it in for Tuesday 25.07.17 . The lady informed me that they are fully booked for Tuesday and i asked for any other available day and the lady promised to give me a call back. Till today am still waiting for a call back , All am asking for is an available date to bring in the car so that i can make appropriate arrangements for my transportation. I am so dissapointed as this is the first time i had to wail for a response at Ford after using them for 4 years.</p>
