FORD SYNC3, NO MAPS

I received my Ford Everest 3,2 XLT on 18 January 2018, # One of the reasons for buying the Ford was the SYNC3 that can connect to your phone to show MAPS, which will allow you to us the 8” touchscreen of the In-car Entertainment system (ICE) to do navigation. # Ford Nelspruit now have the 3rd Sales Manager, in one year, that keep on promising that Ford SA is working on solving the connection problem. # The solution seems that Ford SA must make Android Auto available in SA # My Huawei Nova have Android 7 that is way over the spec required. # I will appreciate a ICE that work as promised!! P.S. Ford also advertised a level loading bay when the two backrow seats are folded down. It is just not true?
