FORD SUPPORTS SILICONE

I bought a Ford Kuga 2.0 diesel, top of the range about 6 months ago, still under plan and warranty. About 3 months ago the car went in for its service at Ford Vereeniging, first of all my wife and the service manager had a major fall out regarding just getting service, she was rude and totally unpleasant to work with, as if you owe her something, and I had the same experience regarding this speaking on the phone with her, not sure what her name is but there cant be to many managers that is woman, We recently noticed the car has a oil leak, imagine a quite new Kuga having a oil leak, anyway the car is still under warranty, we contacted Ford yesterday and they told us the old story , bring it in next week, I am Sales manager at Fouries Auto, a oil leak can cause serious issues, but next week is OK for them and they will look at it but its not guaranteed that the warranty will cover it, so people be sure if you buy a Ford, you think you have a warranty, its ***, the service advisor decides if the vehicle part is under warranty, to my experience, twice we have now experienced this issue. Now this is my second Kuga 2.0 diesel Titanium in 1 year, I bought a maroon one previously and after a inquiry we discovered the engine was replaced twice in that specific vehicle, I did not have faith in it and gave it back. Last night I pulled the dipstick in the car and discovered there was almost no oil left in the sump. Because we could only be helped by Ford Vereeniging next week, I advised her to take the car to a RMI Approved workshop this morning, we phoned the guy last night at 21:15, luckily he could help at 7:00 this morning. The discovery was horrific: Sump nut was glued on with silicone, the belly mat was soaked with oil ....... ***????? Now, its easy to deny that it was them , Vereeniging Ford was the only people working on my car, because it was still under warranty, and the warranty is important I don't want to loose the engine, if they deny that it was them fitting the wrong O-RING and silicone this sump prop to the car then they did not service my car, then its *****, because they obviously claimed a service on the car not even stamping the book, I had to go back for this to be done. Either one o the two, either the Ford garage in Johannesburg where I bought the car or Ford Vereeniging, if Ford Vereenging denies then Im opening a ***** case against them, I dont know if my car has damage now, so I would like to know what am I to do about this, but I'm not leaving this here, I will go public with this matter if I have to. We traded in a Ford ST about 6 months ago, the car was spotless, I asked the guy why he was selling it? His answer: POOR SERVICE FROM FORD! So guys and Girls you think you buy a Wildtrack or a Fiesta that is popular, rather go with Chana, at-least you now what you have...... I would like to know how will I handle this matter now because I want to sell this car, we have no no confidence in Ford Vaal, Vereeniging and Vanderbijl. My second Kuga and I dont have confidence in this car, the 18th Im leaving for Namibia ...... how the f..... do these people just get away with this? Im not going to let them get away, serious Im furious. My wife was so so proud of her Kuga and now? A sad day to compare Ford and Chana, but I have photos of this and I have witnesses to this, Im really gonna warm up the field if Ford ignores this one!

Previously I tried to get a appointment for my Kuga, thats still under warranty, wanted them to test the glow-plugs for me because I was not happy with it swinging 3 or 4 times before starting, I struggled 3 wees, every week after I get contacted saying that they must reschedule, because their systems was down , and then Bidwest was taking over and then I just left it until next service .

Tried now to get hold of the DP of Vereeniging Ford , was told by Jolene he is not available, not even his email address is disclosed nor given, I must send my mail to *** -------- Sales????? Really???? Im in the trade myself, so probably this mail will end up on a sales managers desk that will try to hide this, let the Dealer Principal then see it when its on Social Media.

SO FORD SOUTH AFRICA, WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS?

Im really fed-up with people taking people for a ride, I had to fill up 6l of oil now, its about 150 a liter, on a car thats under warranty and was "serviced" by Ford Vereeniging. Thin service means wash-bay .....

BETTER YOU CONTACT MY WIFE, IM NOT A NICE PERSON IF YOU BULL**** ME, I GIVE YOU 24HOURS!
