Ford stuggles to repair own product

I serviced my car at Ford Rustenburg five months ago and I've told them that my ford kuga stop/start and other electronic functions does'nt work anymore. They could not fix it then and they told me as soon as they have feedback from headoffice they will let me know to bring my car so that they can fix it. After five months they send me an email to say that I can bring my car they can fix it, but till today they still can't fix the problem, my car is a 2013 ford kuga trend and is still under warrenty and I bought it new from Ford Rustenburg and now they can't fix my car's electronic system. I don't have words anymore all I can say it is a very bad car dealership and they are pathetic.
