FORD SOUTH AFRICA`S POOR SERVICE

Good day,

I purchased a new Ford Everest Platinum 2023 model, but the vehicle has a bad vibration sound coming from dash board when driving at a RPM of 1.2-1.4. The left rear tyre sensor keeps coming up and malfunctioning.

This issue has been going on for over one year. I`m staying in Northcliff, Randburg, Johannesburg and I have been taking in my vehicle to Paul Maher Ford. They DO NOT FIND the issue and when talking to them they ignore a person. I have contacted them multiple times, the service provider Kurt can only say sorry but yet the issue stays present.

I then contacted Ford Customer Care with a reference number *** and spoke with Pam and that she will phone me back. Still today I've not heard anything from Ford SA OR Paul Maher Ford.

The service received is absolutely horrible, best way is to let the fords ombuds man deal with the situation.
