FORD SOUTH AFRICA - WORST AFTER HOURS SERVICE

Good Day

Yesterday 20.05.2021 my car refused to start. I phoned the Ford Road Side Assistance that directed me to the AA Roadside Assistance.

I phoned them at 15:44 for assistance. At 16:34 a gentleman phoned me to ask if anyone has arrived to assist me. Nobody has been there to assist. At 16:45 I received a sms to say that the case has been completed. Still nobody arrived!

I phoned the AA again at 16:45 to ask what is going on as I am still waiting - they told me they received a phone call to please cancel the assistance I have received my own assistance. WHICH IS NOT TRUE - I WAS STILL WAITING. I even requested to hear the recording as I want to know who was the person to say that.

I had to log another assistance call for someone to come and assist me. It is now the next day 12:00 and up and till now NOBODY has phoned me or gave me any feedback. This is absolutely the worst SERVICE I have ever received!!!! So please all woman that needs assistance at night do not phone the AA they will not come and assist you.

I phoned Ford South Africa this morning 21.05.2021 - to let them now how bad AA Service is and they told me that sorry I need to sort it out with AA!!! I can not believe it! I bought a Ford because they insured me that if I need assistance after hours they will assist ANYWHERE at ANYTIME.

Ford SA I can not believe that your after hours service is so BAD! I am really furious that you could not even assist when I complaint this morning.
