FORD South africa pathetic

Bought a faulty vehicle in 2022, it has been in and out 10 times already, they asked me to put my Ombudsman case on hold and still they are playing for time and refuse to take this car, they put me into allot of frustration with this back and forth and still I have to drive around with this embarrassment.
