Ford South Africa no stock on newly released Ford Territory.

I have a new Ford Territory 2024 model for 3months now and recently damaged my rear back window. No problem, insurance came to the rescue only to find that there is no rear back window for Ford Territory in South Africa. How can a big company like this not have stock on hand for new model cars that was released nearly 6 months ago. It is already on day 4 since I contacted Ford South Africa and still, they can't give me an answer when I can expect the rear window in country. Ford if you cannot supply parts for the vehicles that you sell, please stop selling them until you can support your product.
