Ford south Africa: Extremely unprofessional

I am extremely frustrated with the unprofessionalism of this company. I purchased a part on February 3, 2025, and was informed that it would take about 2 to 3 days to source. However, the dealership from which I ordered received the incorrect part five times, and as of now, the correct part has still not been delivered.

I have driven over 160 km to the dealership twice, only to be told that the part they received was wrong. On April 8, 2025, I lodged a formal complaint with Ford customer care, but my issue remains unresolved; they keep giving me the runaround. As a customer of Ford since 2013, I am deeply frustrated and want nothing more to do with this unprofessional company.
