Bought a 2019 Ford Ranger. The torque converter ceased at 60 000km. The warranty has approved for repairs but I have been waiting for over a week for parts. The dealership doesn't want to provide a courtesy car nor know when can the parts be received. The matter was brought to Ford Customer services of which, they failed to assist nor let me speak to their Manager.

I Regret Buying Ford and hope people won't make the same mistake.
