I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Ford Roadside Assistance

The issue that I have experienced was: I had a flat tyre, called Ford Roadside assistance which is one of my benefits. - They have sent a service provider to change my tyre, they broke my spare wheel lock and the key. - I reported it to Ford Roadside assist, they sent a tow truck to take my my car to Ford Thabazimbi - they managed to break the lock and change the tyre. - Roadside assistance , Ford Thabazimbi and the Service Provider refuse to replace my lock, claiming none of them is liable and warranty does not cover this. - My spare wheel is exposed to theft due to lack of the key and lock - Does this mean I broke my own lock and key?
