I have a Ford Figo. I took my car in for some repairs (body work), the panelbeaters could not start my car, i then took the spare keys to them. The panelbeaters took a other Ford car's keys to lock and unlock my car door. he put the key info the ignition and my car did not start. I looked at the key and told him that this is not my cars key. My car is a standard Figo with nothing added . Ford told me that my car is no longer under warranty and that its my problem to sort it out. I phoned Ford customer Care on the 11the of June and they will phone back, still waiting. on the 26 June I phoned again, Still waiting. on the 27 June I saw a article on facebook and left a message, they said they will contact me. I had to send yet another message before I got any response. I Feel its a manufactures fault and Ford must fix it.
