Ford South Africa

I don't trust Ford, my ford ranger has broken down three times since new from 2018, now ford wants me to pay R2250. Can't pay for new vehicle installments and buying new parts for it, it's like buying a second hand vehicle and buying parts for it. Im very unhappy with ford, so i dont think ford are using genuine parts. I will never ever buy a new ford. Since last year the bakkie didn't want to start and Ford just came to jump start the vehicle all the time, now I ask them to tow it to ford after 3 times jump starting it to see whats wrong, now they test to say that the battery is dead, I've been asking since last year, now ford wants me to pay R2250 for a new battery, im sorry but i cannot afford to pay for a new vehicle installments and pay for buying new parts like a battery etc, then it's like buying a second vehicle and buying parts. I traded my vehicle which was also a ford ranger and never had one problem with it and only had 33 000km on it and got this ranger that has been giving me trouble since day one. First it was the canopy that was completely off colour, canopy locked lock but cant unlock,had to drill the lock off to get our things out, then the canopy company puts checkers batteries in the canopy and all the battery acid started leaking out, then the canopy not fitted properly and they say i removed the canopy and i did not and ford still wants me to use ford, now the bakkie doesn't want to start. The ford ranger is not even 3 years old and its been through all this and i was patient and try to be understanding but now i am too scared to drive the vehicle, it won't start, it's still at ford, it's a nightmare. The battery was the last **** for me now, i hate the bakkie and I am scared it won't start again, and it's only got 21 500km on it, its ****, it's worse than a second hand vehicle. If ford cannot assist me with the problems that i have with this vehicle, mainly now the battery never mind the other things, im gonna buy a new battery from willard, a 651 battery, and i want ford to approve it that i am buying a new battery from willard, i am not paying R2250 for a new battery from ford that is **** and does not last and ford runs away from the responsibility and their service is pathetic!!!!!! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED in Ford by buying a new vehicle experience.
