Ford Silver lakes Pathetic Management and Sales Service

<p>Very pathetic service i will never ever set foot in that dealership ever again, upset customer who was assisted by a sales consultant by the name of Sam Mokgatle. first i was told by the manager to bring the car back because the insurance was no loaded correctly which was not my fault, was then threatened that they would come reposess the car. i told them to bring with my R20000 deposit they told me stories. To make matters worse when i thot my situation was cooled down the permit expired i kept calling the sales person he ignored me till i felt like all hope was gone i then contacted the call centre who contacted the manager for ford menlyn i got the number plates a week later. to my surprise there was no licence disc since the car was not road worthy, How does Ford let a client risk taking a car out the garage without doing a road worthy test i feel be litted because anything could have happened to me and my unborn child. till today its 2 weeks later with no licence disc i am super super super super angry i feel that Ford owes me because i bought so much airtime calling 1 stupid sales person and alot of call centre agents.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would never advise any1 to purchase a vehicle at For silver lakes ever your dream will turn into a living nightmare</p>
