Ford should be ashamed and fix should be fixing my vehicle!

I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Fiesta 1.4 Ambiente from Action Ford Citrusdal. The service I received was pathetic and I am unhappy with the condition in which the vehicle is. There was a delay in receiving my vehicle, the permit expired and caused an even bigger delay, the repairs are not done and the scratches that were supposedly fixed were done ugly and all of it was even touched up. It is completely unfair to expect me to cough out cash to repair the vehicle when it was requested from them. There was a lack of communication and to be told I need to claim from my insurance for a window chip that was on the front windscreen in which I did not cause is *********. I am an insurance underwriter for Old Mutual Insure and this is unacceptable. The black window frame was touched up with a koki which was not even black. Ford needs to be settling this matter amicably as it is not satisfactorily resolved and I cannot deal with employees who cannot communicate properly as I have tried! Disgusted. it looks like a two year old fixed a scratch.
