FORD SERVICES SUCK

To say that I regret purchasing a Ford Eco Sport SUV is an understatement. I purchased my vehicle from a second hand deliver in Klerksdorp. I also purchased a service plan and extended warranty. The vehicle has a full service history! and I took it for my 90K km service at Alberton Ford on the 20/11/2020. That December, after approx. 2k kms I ended up having to tow my vehicle to Ford Hatfield, because a belt snapped (This was after a cambelt replacement). I was told that the snapping was caused by a stone - nonsense, when one looked at the belt it had moved off the pulley and then shred itself - this means that the pulleys were not correctly reinstalled after the cambelt replacement. After three days of arguing about who should pay for this (I was told I must claim from my insurance - I refused) - A spares fault was eventually logged. on 12/04/2021 took ford to Alberton again for service - drove off the floor and back again because the vehicle idling was clearly not right - treated as if I dont know my car, they found that a sparkplug was cracked (one just replaced) - told to leave the car over night because manager was gone and they could'nt authorise replacement spares.- but I stay 140km away, in the end after 2 hours the sparkplug was replaced (with what I cant confirm). Took my vehicle to Menlyn ford 10/09/2021 again for service - this time I was told that my head light need replacing and that my headlight and brake lights had blown - odd brake lights where fine when I arrived. The quote was approximately R6.9k. I declined and just stuck with the oil service as per my service plan. Firstly the head light was fine it was my right hand spotlight that was broken (and costs considerably less). Now my vehicle, after approx. 5000km after service, is flashing a message stating the the engine oil needs to be replaced - so what happened when i was at the workshop 5000km ago? Was my vehicle overlooked because I refused the additional quote? Are the vehicles actually being serviced as they should. What am I paying for? I thought that Ford would be reliable considering the distances I travel - now i sincerely regret having purchased this vehicle and goner to the additional expense of the service plan.
