Ford service plan nonsens

Bought a car from germiston in january 2016, took the car for a service every year in January, currently 33000km on ford does not want toe pay for the 60000km 3year service as we are 5 days late according to them, booked service on 6 February, they say it expired on the 2 February. Dont bother buying servixe or maintenance plans, dont bother buying fords Phoned customer care got told its not their problem
