Ford Service and Vehicle Quality

Ford Everest Not a reliable car and Ford Service not up to standard.

The reason I stopped the strip of the gearbox is that on my 90000km service BB Motors Tzaneen did the service. A few weeks later my Everest broke down on the way to Polokwane and BB Polokwane had to put a whole NEW ENGINE IN! Then on the next service due now on 104000km my Everest has problems in Tzaneen and the clutch and gearbox don't work so I brought it to the closest Ford repair workshop and that was BB Tzaneen. How can a vehicle that has only done just over 100000km need a new gearbox and engine?

This is not normal that such an expensive and trusted brand has two major breakdowns in 100000km. I need this complaint to be escalated to someone who will put my car in the hands of people who will give an honest report why the gearbox and clutch have now failed.

BB Tzaneen has had my car for 1 WEEK NOW and no progress.
