FORD SERVICE AND QUALITY VERY POOR

I own a Ford Kuga, which was purchased brand new from Kempster Auto in Edwin Swales, I have since used the dealership for the service of my vehicle as well.<br> <br> The car was last serviced on 9th of Junuary 2015 at Ford Kepmster Edwin Swales.<br> Soon after the service when filling up petrol the attendant informed me that i needed to top up Engine Coolent, at this. I was confused and asked him what he meant and maybe he meant oil. He responded that there is a third canister that consumed a liquid that aided as s cooling agent in the car.<br> This was never aware of this before.<br>
