Ford selling second hand cars with issues

I bought a Diahutsu Terios from Ford Fores**** in early August 2015. When I took delivery of the car, I noticed some issues. They wipers were worn - it clearly states on the service document as well as on the roadworthy test that the wipers need replacement. Ford did not want to replace it. I also drove a week without a valid license on the car after I was told that the license is valid. On the roadworthy test it showed that the spare wheel was fine. When I tried opening the cover of the spare wheel, the locks were so rusted, the keys couldn't get inside. I phoned Ford and asked how they can mark that the spare wheel is fine if they didn't even open it? I had to get someone to cut the locks off and buy new ones myself. Over the weekend, I took the car for wheel alignment. To my suprise I am told that there are literally no more break pads left on the car and there is metal scratching against my disks. This car supposedly went through roadworthy and a service before delivery but was still sold to me with pads so worn that the car was a danger to drive. I had the car for 2 months and already had to spend R 1000 on new break pads. I will never buy from Ford again or recommend it.
