Ford secunda struggles

Its been 6 months of struggle as a lady busy pushing car every other morning ,took my car to ford Secunda spoke to Kobus on the phone no assistance none so ever they keep telling me that my battery its fine but in the morning i am busy asking for help to push my car and i am paying the service plan i do not understand why they do not just change the battery and stop sending me from pillar to post
