FORD ***** THEIR CUSTOMERS!

This morning I took my Ford Ranger for its 90 000 kilometre service. When I arrived they told me that I am 78 kilometres over the allowance and that the service (which is supposed to be under service plan) is now going to cost me almost R6000! I have serviced my vehicle in the past at the same service station (Menlyn Ford), and I was told that I have 1500 kilometres grace either side of the service kilometres, but this time around they fail to say that for your last service it is only 1000 kilometres! Absolutely ridiculous! 78 kilometres costing me R6000! IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING BUYING A FORD, PLEASE RATHER BUY A TOYOTA OR SOMETHING ELSE, FORD JUST ***** THEIR CUSTOMERS!
