Ford ****s on final service

Took my car in for a service and ford rejected it.

The ford focus was bought with a full maintenance plan and all my services they told me we can go over by 1 500km

Now on the 80 000km service the car has 81 000km on the clock and they refuse to pay it.

I payed for this service when I bought the car and am not receiving anything for it?

Where does the money that I payed go to then?
