FORD SA's service is USELESS!!!!!!

Never in my life have I dealt with such *********** people in my life. My wifes Kuga overheated. Took the vehicle to CMH Ford Hatfield, they informed us that it was the waterpipe that burst. They stated that the extended warranty claim (which is active until 30 October 2020), did not cover the pipe as not all the recalls were conducted. We were then informed a second story stating that the warranty does not cover that certain pipe (although the entire cooling system was replaced according to Ford Hatfields workshop foreman). We contacted Ford SA to find out what was going on and we were then informed that the waterpipe is a serviceable item and therefore its not covered. No one at Ford can give me a way to service this pipe. Ford SA, together with Mazda SA is ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!! Will never buy a vehicle from them again in my Life!
