Ford said a 2015 car is too old for parts

So i paid for a CV joint for Ford EcoSport, i was told that the part will arrive in 3 weeks. After 3 weeks i was sent from pillar to post up until i was told on the 21 Oct 2025 the the part will arrive on the 23 December 2025. One of the reason was that this is because the car is an old model (2015), We have toyota tazz of 1999 driving around with parts from Toyota and someone is telling me a 2015 car is old. Pathetic
