Ford SA USELESS

To whom it may concern

I bought a Ford Ranger Wildtrack in 2017 my KM is currently 58385 it must go for a 60000KM service.I took my vehicle to Action ford in Krugersdorp for a 60000KM service on Friday they phoned me and said they cannot do the service because there was already a service done on my VIN number in Windhoek for a 80000KM service. Now the whole weekend and today Ford afrika cannot reverse the service that was done. How can Ford allow a car that is registered in South Afrika get a service in Windhoek but it is on my name.Someone did not do his or her job.I am so frustrated today I do not have a vehicle to drive to work and back.I will not recommend any person to deal with Ford SA as they are USELESS.
