FORD SA TOO BIG FOR ITS FORDS!Ford Ecosport Titanium a Lame Duc****!

<p>Ford SA seems to BIG to consider their customer. I have a FORD Ecosport Titanium, a pricey purchase. Duely serviced on time, as per manufacturer specifications, this car has been and still is a problem. The automatic transmission consistently shudders and vibrate when the vehicle accelerates from zero - the initial explanation from Ford Agency is that this gearbox shuddering and vibration is within specs - first time I have ever experience that something so blatantly annoying and very worrying is part of the specs. At each service this issue is raised and the last feedback I got is that FORD has informed the agents that this was indeed a problem on these models and they are not sure how to solve! Where does this leave me as a customer? Another key future of this car is that a main and serious indicator the " Engine Faulty" indicator has been switching on as regular as clock work - also duely reported at each service and duely informed that the indicator is faulty and that I should not be overly concerned...</p> <p>I have raised the above with Ford SA since September 7th 2016 only to be informed by their rep that they are investigating - how long and why investigate to answer two simple questions? Big Company vs. little customer is my feeling. No need for anyone to even consider the Ford Ecosport Titanium, and I can just imagine the re - sale value down the drain. Most regrettable day is the day I took possession of my brand new Ford!!!!</p>
