Ford SA service plan
I have no trust in Ford service plan that used to be included when purchasing a Ford accredited vehicle but now cost the customer extra to pay for a flawed plan. At 2 Ford franchises now l had the worst service and mechanical experience. First at Halfway Ford in Goodwood Voortrekker road and now at NMI Ford N1 city in Goodwood Western Cape. Vehicles do not get serviced or they blame defective parts from their factory. No client care whatsoever.

19 Feb 2024, 10:42Ford refuses to comply with Consumer Protection Act and Moto Industry Ombudsman of South and take no responsibility whatsoever for their defective vehicles. They say that's why vehicle comes with warranty plan which is totally ineffective. Defective parts installations is continuously happening and your vehicle will never properly be repaired untill that warranty runs out. Then you still sit with a defective vehicle that you must pay for. Unacceptable.
