Ford SA poor customer service

My vehicle had to be taken to a dealership twice for warranty claims. The dealership is prepared to drop me off but not pick me up. I contacted Ford SA customer care and was told there's nothing they can do to assist me. If Ford did its quality control properly in the first place, I wouldn't be placed in this situation. This is my 5th brand new Ford vehicle and it cost R****, you would think Ford would want to take care of its valuable customers. I will never recommend Ford to my family and friends or buy another Ford. Bye bye Ford!
