Ford SA - nothing has changed over 15 years...

After numerous attempts to get hold of someone in customer service, emails sent, calls to the dealership... I have come to realize that Ford SA hasn't changed at all. I first owned a Ford some 15 years ago, their customer service was **** and it would seem that nothing has changed. The dealership in question (DP) basically told me to "go away"...
