Ford SA No Help
I own a problematic 2013 Focus ST since bought but kept it anyway. I worked hard to own one but had a super bad experience owning it. Last year April 2017 my engine broke for the after receiving a new engine. The car had been in and out the Ford dealership with problems. I took my vehicle to a Ford Authorized Agent as we don't have a Ford Dealership where I live. My warranty expired after the vehicle had broke down. I requested to be helped on some kind of goodwill because I didn't have 90 thousand to fix it. I do not have a service book as the dealership lost it and ever since my vehicle history was on "your system" but unfortunately this wasn't the case. My vehicle wasn't even under my name on ford's system, it was under a unknown name I didn't know. Incomplete history caused me to look to alternative ways of fixing my car as Ford SA couldn't help and therefore declined my claim. My Focus is currently without a engine the way I received it from the agent. I have ever since been saving up to fix it. My claim was sent for review on 27 February 2018 to a Rosie Moorman. I haven't heard back from Ford ever since.
