Ford SA... My new 2019 bakkie still at the workshop

Please post! Worse service ever from Ford SA that don't give a **** about a complaint. 2019 3.2 4x4 xlt double cab bakkie manual +-15 000 km Ford are struggling now for more than 2 months to find the strange noise coming from the gearbox. Currently the bakkie is standing at Ford for 3 weeks after waiting for the replacement of the 2nd gearbox. Ford can't even find the problem on their own bakkie. They don't give feedback and needs follow up with them everytime. Ford is really useless, pathetic stay away rather buy from another manufacturer. Ford can take the bakkie straight to the junk yard! Ombudsman here I come. Best part is Ford SA advise just to monitor the bakkie. ***
