Ford SA Lack of Service

Fords lack of service. a vehicle that was less than a year old had a problem with its upholstery. It was fixed and within 6 months the same problem occurred. I have now been told I must accept that it is wear and tear. The vehicle is not even 2 years old. The dealer, Basil Green Edenvale says there is nothing they can do. Ford SA's call centre said on Friday 20th April 2018 that a manager will call by close of business. Today is the 25th of April 2018 and I am still waiting for the call. The fault was reported in January 2018. this is my first Ford but with this kind of service it will be me last
