Ford SA, I'm still waiting...............

I have a few issues with my 2024 Ranger, Dealership says Ford SA doesn't want to approve the Warranty claim. Sent emails, called Ford SA Customer service center. Only get automated response saying they will be in contact within 24 hours, no contact ever received. Great vehicles, but the worst after sales service from Ford SA.
