FORD SA IGNORES COMPLAINTS LOGGED! Ombudsman next stop!

After I phoned in to ford customer care to complain about their Menlyn branch NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME YET!!! It is pathetic to say the least! I am going to the media with my full story - and believe me I have a story to tell!!! I suggest you really take this seriously FORD SA and contact me as this is not my first unsatisfactory incident with Ford Menlyn! First they damaged my Mazda 2 a few years back by driving it off the lift as the technician didnt know it was in gear and my car took a 2 m nose dive....! Now they are just incompetant in fixing my ford kuga and refusing me a courtesy car!!!!!! Kindly contact me Thanks Maritza Ferreira
