FORD SA - Ford The Glen
Ford The Glen appear to be *******. They quoted R 8000 for damage to the safety valve in the fuel pipe caused by the fuel attendants at the garage . Imperial Ford Kempton park quoted R2000 for same repair. We're talking about a 2018 FORD ECOSPORT 1.5 POWERSHIFT TITANIUM purchased in February . They claim Warranty will not cover this. Anybody out there know what the **** is going on with Ford? I sure as hell don't want to hold on to this car any longer if this is the kind of service that comes with their name and price tag.

06 Sept 2018, 10:43So the saga continues. After examining the car , Imperial Ford Kempton claim that the quote received from Ford the Glen is accurate. Not sure where their heads where when they quoted me R2k.
A response from FORD SA was received this morning , now let's see how they justify warranty not covering the replacing of the fuel pipe and hose ......

19 Sept 2018, 14:29So blowing my top of at the FORD help desk agent finally got me an answer , cause immediately thereafter they confirm via email that the replacement of the fuel pipe will not be covered under the comprehensive brand new vehicle warranty cover. Not sure if it was due to the voicing of my resentment or their actual investigation , we'll let the law decide . GOD knows how I regret buying FORD.
