Ford SA & Ford Menyln > Terrible Service!

Ford Kuga extended warranty! What a JOKE!

My Ford Kuga has been at Ford Menlyn for a week now. There is an issue with the differential (at 60 000kms... great quality parts) & needs to be replaced. After the issues with the Ford Kuga's, Ford offered an extended warranty on all Kuga's. This warranty now applies to my repair. After a week, I am still waiting for the claim to be addressed. The service we have recieved has been shocking, we have to constantly follow up with Ford Menyln and keep getting the excuse that the claim is at Ford in India etc etc etc etc!!! Dont brag about a service that you suck at providing!

This is the third time i have had my Kuga in for repairs.... I used to LOVE the Ford brand but this has just ruined it.

PLEASE can someone escalate this. I need my car!
