Ford SA / Ford Alberton Customer Service absolutely terrible and disappointing

Disappointed about Service from Ford SA/ Ford Alberton branch,,, our Ford Everest which we bought 5 months ago broke down on Saturday and was towed to Ford Alberton, we are obviously frustrated and without a car but to make matters worse, there is no communication from ford or the dealership to inform us of what is wrong with the car and how long it will take to sort it out. My husband has made countless calls to the dealership and customer services between yesterday and today and no one has given us a single answer or any assistance!!!! The service has been horrible
