Ford SA failing to resolve faulty headlight

Right headlight of 2020 Ford Ranger Wildtrak vibrating when driving on irregular services. Very irritating to both driver and oncoming traffic. The left headlight is 100%. Since the 15k km service I requested Ford to resolve. After 45k km service Ford SA final answer is that it is normal....even the dealership trying to help do not agree.
