Ford SA doesn't care about lives lost due to their negligence

I purchased my Ford Figo at Galactic Auto in Polokwane in 2011. In 2012 I had to fix my power steering pipe that leaked oil into the engine at my own cost. I sent an email to Ford on 21 November 2013. No reply. In 2014 I had to fix the axle of my car which wasn't bolted at my own cost. In 2017 Ford recalled Figo models built between 2009 and 2014 due to faulty steering and fire risk. I emailed Ford again. No reply. Last week, October 2018 I had to replace my steering column at my own cost because the steering shaft came loose. I sent Ford an email again.

So I had to replace and repair all of the steering problems on my car which is due to their negligence in building the car. All of these could have cost my life but Ford SA doesn't even have the decency to reply to my emails.

They should have rep**** the very first time I sent them the email seeing that I have a recalled model. The dealership should have contacted me immediately. Instead I had to fix all of this at my own cost. Who knows what else is going to go wrong with the car? But they don't care about my life that could be lost due to their faulty workmanship.
