Ford SA doesnt care about customers

Took my brand new 2025 Ford Ranger double cab for its first service. Dealer told me there id a winding noise on turbo. Said they must replace it under warrenty but told me it was a external factor. Rejected it twice. Must pay myself. Worst ever service I recieved. PLEASE dont buy a Ford you will receive NO service
