FORD SA Dealers have Pathetic After Sale Service

I have a top of the Range Vehicle with Ford with a Full Warranty, Maintenance & Service Plan. Yet when my Brand New Vehicle broke down after only 8 Months. I'm having endless issues with the dealers to repair. Firstly, I'm from out of town, my vehicle broke down in another province & yet it was like drawing blood from a stone before the dealership gave me a courtesy vehicle. The fact that was I was with my family in another province with an unexpected breakdown of a Brand New Wildtrak, didn't really faze the dealership in the slightest. I was going to receive testing results back in 24-48 hrs, I waited a week for it, just to find out they won't repair my vehicle under warranty for a reason I'm yet to be explained. In the interim the car rental is threatening to collect the car rental, but I still don't have proper explanation from Ford as to why they not repairing my vehicle. After Sales Service is pathetic. Expensive Extended Warrantys are a waste of money. They don't back their product, no matter how many warranty's they con you into buying. Not the 1st Ford I've bought, but most certainly the last.
