Ford SA Bad service

I bought a Ford Ranger 2 weeks ago @ the Ford William Nicole. Lots went wrong and I gave the bakkie back. The 160 check was not done and I drove to Port Elizabeth, woman alone with a broken bakkie. I had to carry all the cost. Today I tried to get a customer service managers e-mail address so I can report the situation, and the call centre lady said, she has to get permission from her manager to get me a mail address. I hope this is never the situation at the company I work for, as we aim to sort issues out asap. The worst is, I again drove all the way to Oudshoorn to have a look at another Ranger, as I purchased a canopy for my bakkie already. I don't that's going to happen any more. Have never had such bad service ever.
