Ford SA appalling aftersales service

Ordered a spare wheel lift mechanism in December 2024 after my Ford Everest spare wheel was ******. It’s now 3 months later and still the part has not arrived after Ford insisted I pay for the part upfront before they would place the order. I escalated to Ford SA with not much satisfaction with many promises broken and extremely bad follow up. I find this totally unacceptable and Ford still cannot provide an eta for the replacement part. No wonder Chinese brands are taking over the market in SA , my case in point. Ford has literally a no care attitude.
