Ford Sa and McGee Ford Lydenburg needs to work on their customer service.

After a breakdown on my 2018 Ford Ranger i took my vehicle to the dealer to be repaired. The vechicle was driven arround by the mechanic and based on that a desistion was made to replace the engin. I insisted that the engin be opened to find the correct diagnosis and was told they do not open engins. They insisted that i claim from my insurance and not claim from the warrenty. Since then i have had extremely bad service from the dealer, blaming me for the incident, for not opening the engin to determine the damage and for allowing them to drive my bakkie home by their representatives after they claimed the engin needs to be replaced. The owner of the dealership furthermore insulted me by saying i did not give permission to open the engin as i do not have the funds. I have attemted to contact Ford Sa and they do not come back to me.
