FORD SA AND FORD ALBERTON

You would think that Ford SA would actually care to take a look at a car that has been recalled, serviced, new gear box, and still the same issues for 108 weeks to clear there name.. I did everything right but because my last minor service was done by a "not approved" garage, even though guarantees and warranties have expired, they now refuse to fix the problem. 108 WEEKS, with all the Ford problems, burning, deaths, etc you would think that help would be forthcoming. I have been more that accommodating and now want some action.
