Ford Sa

Im very disappointed in Ford SA. My Ford had an break down in Pretoria on friday. My home is about 400km from Pretoria. My Ford is still under warranty after i called ford about the probleme they told me they can only look into the problem om Monday. They are not willing the help me with rental or another vehicle till they can tell how long it will take to repair my Ford. I had to get home on saterday I was only visiting Pretoria for an doctor's appointment. We have 2 little kids and had to stragel to get an rental and pay a lot of money to get home. I called them more then ones and explained my situation to them but they were not willing to help. I think its very bad service from them
