After purchasing a Ford Mustang approximately one year ago I am still trying to get this branch to explain why my vehicle does not lock. They have had my car in their workshop several times all to no avail and then say this car does not have this feature. Seriously who are they trying to fool. Despite all my attempts and telephone calls and giving them all the proof that this car has to lock no one gets back to me. It has become very annoying and great inconvenience to me has been caused. I am reluctant to drive my vehicle without this feature. IF THIS DOES NOT GET SORTED OUT ASAP, I WILL BE BRINGING MY VEHICLE BACK AND DEMAND A NEW ONE. Manny **********
