Ford Rustenburg pathetic

I took my vehicle(Ford Everest, ) in for service to Ford Rustenburg, when I received it back, there was a pannel underneath the stearing that was broken, the change in my car was ******, but they can't clean there where the change was laying. I took my vehicle back immediately after I saw this, it was about 15 after I fetched my car. The workshop supervisor inspected my vehicle and said yes it was broken, I asked him why they didn't tell anyone, he said that he will follow up, and arrange for a new pannel to be installed, its almost a month now and no one has contacted me yet, Ford Rustenburg is pathetic, everyone I talk to that has dealt with them has had troubles with them. This is not the first time we have experienced bad service from Ford Rustenburg.
